I’m not even sure if anyone actually reads the blog section of the show but I’m going to try this out anyway.
Things have been busy since I returned from my trip abroad and put together the big end of 2008 Podcast. Also I haven’t had the time, money or strength really to do anything all that interesting except one project that is just in it’s infancy stage. I think I have also backed myself into a corner in my decision to go all video for my podcast. In a way it limits what I can do with the show and it makes it more difficult to put out podcast frequently and regularly. So I’m stuck with the need to put out some content but I can’t think of anything interesting to do for the show. I would like to expand on the show and the web site content but I’m at a loss for where and how to do it.
So if there is anyone out there in podcast land that checks up on the site and reads the blog entries give some ideas or suggestions. What do you want to see or hear about?
U@L is back (finally) after a long break. What was I up to for 2 months? You’ll have to check out the podcast to see. November and December found Marvin to be a busy boy. I was even accused of being a “Circuit Bear.” Imagine that. Also, the Cold from Hell managed to put me down for the better part of December and into the New Year.
I’m finally feeling almost back to normal now and it’s time to start cranking out the podcasts again. I made up for the hiatus by packing in some extra stuff into this one. (It’s 35 minutes long!) I’m actually pretty proud of this one so I think it’ll be worth the download time.

Episode #22 of U@L ushers the show into the fall season with a trip out to the Corn Maze in Kent, WA with a small group of bears. Then from there we fly across the country to America’s flaccid wiener state, Florida, to take a glimpse at some of the goings on at Bear Bust 2008.
With the 2008 Presidential election just days away, we feature another short from Robert Greenwald’s Brave New Films focusing on the organization called Acorn that has been getting alot of negative press thanks to the false allegations of the McCain/Palin campaign. This short from brave new films helps to set the record straight where the main stream media has failed to do so.

Marvin and Allen venture off to the Chrom Ohm tattoo parlor to get tattoos. Marvin is a veteran of the ink arts but this will be Allen’s first.
Also, in support of www.BraveNewFilms.com Marvin showcases the short film “The Real McCain” and talks about why he thinks, John McCain is a LYING SACK OF CRAP. (Well I don’t think it, I know it, the video proof is right there.)
And just to end things on a lighter note, Marvin rocks out to “When we were young” by the Killers on Guitar Hero.

A controversial argument, as one against some opinion, doctrine, etc.
It’s the Gay Pride video. This year the parade was a bit of a dud. More corporate than community, but Seattle’s Pride Foundation has had it’s share or controversy over the years and it’s affected the celebration.
Not to be left behind with the controversy, in the run up to Kamp Kodiak this year the NW Bears stir up a little bit of their own.
